In December 2009 Rommel Salazar Chavez and Evangelina Sotelo started The Taco Bus in El Paso Texas beginning their culinary adventure. What initially began offering authentic tacos and Mexican food has grown and evolved into a distinguished Catering service specialized in the creation of exquisite dishes for formal events. 

Today we have decided to create a division of our company starting with Soemi Event Catering, specializing only in formal Catering with a refined menu trying to offer a more complete menu, specializing our service in formal Events Ballrooms.
